Welcome
I’m Jonathan, and I’m passionate about helping people create lasting change so they can live a life that feels fulfilling, peaceful, and truly their own.

I believe that the past doesn’t have to hold you back. It’s not about forgetting or pushing it away - it’s about lessening its impact, learning from it, and even using it as a foundation for growth. Through Acupuncture and Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I help people move forward without needing to relive old experiences. Change happens when we shift the way the past affects us, rather than staying stuck in it.

Every person I work with is unique, and so is their treatment. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I work with each individual to find what truly works for them - because deep down, I believe we all instinctively know what we need. Sometimes, it just takes the right support to uncover it.

For me, wellbeing is about balance - inner and practical, emotional and physical. In Chinese wisdom, mental, emotional, and physical struggles often share the same root cause, even if they show up differently. That’s why my approach blends intuition with structure, helping people reconnect with themselves while also giving them practical tools to make real changes in their lives.

There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone find clarity, break free from what’s been holding them back, and step into a life where they feel more at ease - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
