About Me
I’m a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Acupuncturist with a calm, down-to-earth approach. People often come to me when they feel stuck - emotionally, physically or both - and are looking for a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on and begin to feel better.

My work is shaped by the idea that we all have the capacity for change, especially when we feel heard and understood. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions - I’ll listen carefully, and we’ll find a way forward that feels right for you.

My background combines both traditional and modern approaches to wellbeing. I offer acupuncture and cognitive hypnotherapy as separate paths, and I’m happy to talk through what might suit you best.
